• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product images are for illustration — actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• We reserve the right to limit quantities

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or COD confirmation
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
• Card payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability

• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days depending on location
• Delivery charges: PKR 200 flat rate
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
• Delivery is available across Pakistan

• Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days
• Opened paint products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

• Use appropriate safety equipment when applying paint products
• Store products away from heat, flames, and children
• Dispose of empty containers responsibly
• We are not liable for damages caused by improper product use

• Marco Paints brand, logo, and trademark No. 491154 are registered and protected
• All website content is owned by New Ittafaq Paints Industries
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages from product use
• Technical issues causing website downtime
• Loss of data or profits

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
